Essentially our role as Elite Ambassadors is to feedback any issues and queries directly to the team. We often deal with very serious situations, in a very fast manner.
Something else we do, which we were not asked to, is we run tons of group chats to ensure everyone in our community feels accepted.
We also create tons of content for people of all ages!
